About forty years ago, I took a Mensa IQ test. Results seemed heavily dependent upon cultural experience and education,, but they also seemed to be the result of intelligence --which I'll define here as the ability to use one's cultural and educational experience. That said, I agree with you that it is not Biden's IQ that inspires confidence. It is, instead, his dedication to getting things done for all the people in the U.S. instead of just the rich at the expense of the rest of us. He's done more than any other recent predsident even though Republicans have voted down most of what he's tried to do for us.
