Almost 40 years ago in college, I took a course in revolution (sociology, masters leve). If I'm not mistaken, the percentage of the population necessary to start a revolution was then considered to be 10%. But 2, 4 or 10%, it does seem as though there are enough people so we could all get started on something. Your climate declaration would be a start.
Have you contacted the organization that calls itself 350? Keeping oil in the ground is their stated goal. They have a large staff and operate nationally. I don't know much more about them than that.
