As you say, "Parts of BBB can be brought together quietly and then presented as a success." I've been hoping for this. It would allow the Democrats to talk about the benefits of BBB in particular and in detail, and would at least maybe get people thinking the Democrats are trying to do good -- even if they can't get a particular measure voted in.
