How to Ensure You See Emails Sent When Your Favorite Medium Writers Publish
If you’ve elected to receive emails when certain writers publish, but the emails are going to spam, here’s what you can do
just published “Check Your Spam Folder for Medium Stories” to let us know why only a few of his email subscribers are getting his published stories — and why only a few of your subscribers may be getting your stories.
Why is this happening?
If you have Google Mail, it may be because the emails are going to your spam folder. If they are, here’s what you can do to ensure this doesn’t happen:
1. Open your Gmail and click the Settings icon at the top of the window:
3. Select “See all settings.”
4. In the Settings window, select Filters and Blocked Addresses.”
5. Select “Create a new filter.” (If you already have several filters, you may have to scroll to see this option.)
6. In the window that pops up, enter “noreply@medium.com” in the From field.
