I agree. Both of these things are real problems. Trump was charged with what is essentially treason but was rich enough to have lawyers who could delay the trial until he was a candidate, at which point tradition said he should not be prosecuted. And the Democrats did lose the popular vote, the Senate and the House due largely to media like Fox News, whose CEO admitted in court that his people lie because lies are more entertaining than the truth. Yes, these are real problems.
