I do honestly and truly believe that the misfortunes of many Americans have been caused by the very, very rich among us, yes, those "others," who have created income inequality the likes of which we've not seen since the days of robber barons. And I do consider this "unfair."

In general, however, I think this is an excellent article and asks a question I've asked myself quite often in the past few years.
