I do see Joe leading, but no Democratic president is going to be able to lead a Republican to vote for anything that benefits all the people, and we simply didn't vote enough Democrats into office the last time around to get anything done. Call blaming Republicans whatever you want to call it--"making excuses" is OK with me. But the blame does lie with the Repubicans, not with Joe Biden.
