I just checked out your form. Interesting idea, to have a form requesting addition to a publication as a writer. Using a form allows you to get some information about a writer ( and could be used to evaluate a writer if you weren't accepting everybody). I wonder if you'd be interested in writing an article about attracting writers to your publication using such a form.
