I think a major problem is the emphasis upon publishing every day. This may work if you're expressing your own previously well-thought-out opinions, but if you're writing creative nonfiction or almost anything else, what you're publishing is possibly not worth reading. I don't think you can often choose an approach to a subject or a theme, write clearly and creatively, and then edit after enough time has passed so that you can see where improvements are needed--all in one day.
