I think you're correct that education is available to everyone and that everyone should take advantage of it, and thanks for pointing this out. But I do have to add that I once was a single woman supporting three children on low wages. I was so tired after working up to 10 hours a day six days a week and trying to keep up with household chores while seeing to my children's needs that for more than 10 years I did not read or view anything at all. So, I can say from personal experience: Some people are lazy; others are just tired.
