I, too, think Biden's tendency to promise too much and then not be able to deliver is hurting him and the democratic party. It's not his fault that he can't deliver. It's not even his responsibility. It's the responsibility of the the House (where Manchin and Sinema are the obstructionists) and the Senate (where the problem is McConnell).
