Ivana Trump, 73-year-old ex-wife of Donald Trump, died on July 14th of this year supposedly from falling down a flight of stairs.
Old people do fall down stairs. They catch their fuzzy slippers on frayed carpet, lose their balance, reach out for banisters that should have been repaired last year, and fall headlong to their deaths.
