In the Costco I go to in Oregon, there is everything you decry, but there are also raw nuts, salted nuts, bags of navy beans, pinto beans and black beans, and the healthiest dog food I can find anywhere. Also, it is the only grocery store that I know of in the United States that pays its workers reasonable wages. Now, that said, I, too, wish there was less sugar- and fat-laden non-food everywhere.
