I've never even heard of Scrum. Or Agile processes. I used to code Active Server Pages; that's about it in coding. So, this comment is not about the article it is attached to. Instead, it is about your profile. Consider, for that "proper English" some of us are so fond of, changing from " I love what I do and learning each day." to either " I love both what I do and learning each day." -- which would make it clear you are loving two separate things -- or better " I love what I do and am learning each day."
