My apologies if my main ideas were not clear. They are; that corporations should be required to follow the law--which makes it illegal to bring a worker in from another country when the skillset can be found in country. Also, that when they are brought in legally because the skills needed cannot be found in country, they should be paid as much as any worker is paid, or at least close to that.
