Occasionally free housing and/or cellphones if donated by individuals or private groups, but this is not paid for by taxpayers. Not healthcare--unless and until they go to work for an employer who offers healthcare to employees, and then they get it just as any employee does. Though it would be good if they--and all of us--got healthcare. This would go a long way toward dealing with pandemics.
