Since you'll be on Medium till next March, you have time to consider all this. Medium does allow you to repost articles published off the platform--there's an option at Edit -- More Settings -- Advanced Settings called Canonical Link where you enter the URL of the original posting. Google then does not include the post on Medium in search results and instead, if it finds the post on Medium, refers back to the original URL and displays that--which could be helpful for your blog. (By the way, every time I read your "I am the original OMY," I think of a once-upon-a-time boyfriend of mind who got up on a stage before the band called The Ducks came on, stuck the band's traditional duck mask on his face and declared to the hundreds of people in the hall, "I am The Duck. I am The Real Duck. Pay no attention to imitations ..." until, in great humor, he was hauled off the stage. It was fun. Thanks for your support.
