Someone very dear to me got COVID early on. He is a lifelong proponent of good nutrition and exercise and throughout his life has taken very little medication of any kind. He almost died. So, you may be correct, statistically. But for him, and for his friends and family, statistics didn't matter. And in any case, if you love in a poor area in the U.S. and don't have more money than it takes to just get by, you are going to be eating badly.. So, please don't blame people--either my friend or people who are in difficult circumstances--for their illnesses.
