Thank you for joining the discussion, Mike. I just read the article you provided the link to. In that article, and in this comment as well, you seem to be saying that, for the most part, Trump doesn't lie. You are taking him kind of on faith in this regard since you have no proof that he always, or almost always, or even hardly ever tells the truth. The only proof I can offer for the assertion that he does lie is that he states something that is recorded, then later states something directly opposed to it, and then says he never said the first thing. That seems sufficient to me to call him something other than a truth teller. But regardless of your assertions or mine, I have a suggestion:

Find out what Biden and Trump have done that has benefitted, or hurt, the American people and compare the two men's accomplishments. Find out what bills each of them signed and bills they vetoed. Follow up on those bills, 'cause you know most of the titles are written to impress people rather than to properly identify their contents.

If you do this, you'll find, for example, that Trump signed legislation that gave a big and relatively permanent tax cut to the richest people in the country and a small and temporary tax cut to the middle class and poor among us. This made it possible for the richest among us to buy up real estate and have property managers charge more and more to rent what they bought. It made it possible for the elite to build or buy luxury bunkers in which to live while the rest of us suffer through increasing heat, floods, and other weather events. Lots of things became possible to this ever-richer crowd, but I don't think there's a single thing that improved your life or mine.

But I could be wrong. So, I'll wait to hear from you about the bills that Trump signed and how they made our lives better.
