Thank you for this comment exclamation point. In case people see the length and only skim what you're written, I'm copying a little of it here: "I was based in NY for many years. He was in the news constantly...for suing, being sued, not paying his bills, tax fraud, rape accusations, bankrupting something, starting a fake university and cheating people out of their tuition money, being a slum lord, as a WHINER...NOT winner."

When I wrote the article, I tried out "May Be Over," "Might Be Over," and "Might Be Over--We Hope." I still don't know which title would have been best.
