Thanks for taking time off from hacking and coughing to write this, Malky. In the U.S., much of what we eat is grown in depleted soil and is therefore deficient in the nutrients we need. For example (and I'm doing research here but just remembering stuff), where once one carrot would give us all the vitamin A needed for a day, now it would take 5 or 6. Does this impact what you've written?
