Thanks for this article, and I hope it reassures the GenXers that they are not to blame, whatever GenZs say. At the age of 80, I'm just a little too old to be a boomer, but I'd lump myself into the group to blame. That said, blaming won't get us anywhere unless it is understood that blaming can be done to provide an opportunity for the properly blamed to make changes. It is changes we need.
