THANKS. Inspired by your form, I just finished creating a form to fill out to request being added as a writer to PubHub. Hey, you can be the "beta tester." I'll keep checking to see if you've filled it out; I'm not sure about whether I'll get notified when somebody completes the form. That's the only thing I don't know as yet.
