I write about politics more often than not and therefore pay attention to political issues and events. I'm here to tell anybody who will listen that Biden's brain power is powerful. Much of what people think is problematic is actually stuttering, mostly overcome. Stutterers are likely to be more intelligent than most people, and Biden's ability to recall most details is impressive--despite an occasional slip of the tongue.
