This is the first article on Medium that i've read about the need for civics in schools. Thanks for writing it. I don't know that it's going to do much good; one of my reviewers informed me yesterday that several Southern states have legislation working its way toward law to make Bible study a required class in public schools, so that's where the money on those states will be going.
