We didn't call it unit, integration, and functional testing at the time, but yes, I was doing all the testing that is now identified as those types. And as the only person working on all the projects I worked on, I was tracking everything--in Excel, actually. (I don't even know what JIRA is.) Remember, this was many years ago. Eventually, IBM replaced me with an entire team of people, introduced various tools, added managers, and charged 40 to 400 times what I had been charging for the same types of projects.
