When I stembled across your husband's account, written by you, last year, I was impressed that the two of you were making the best out of an awful situation, and I thought that the two of you had valuable things to say about the experience, which could give others the wherewithall to survive similar situations. I hope my reaction was the normal one and that you encounter these no-goods only rarely. And I say all this as a heterosexual woman much too old to even know what a "pit" is.
