When I was in Puerto Vallarta, before I was scammed and my life savings and house-in-Mexico were stolen, I ate out of a lot of street carts where Mexican working people ate. I never had any problems with the food--and if I couldn't understand a question or make myself clear in a language I was learning, a Mexican woman in a maid's uniform off work for the night would provide friendly and helpful translations. As usual with your articles, this one, too is friendly and helpful.
