Wow! What a survivor you are.

It’s good to know the truth of things, as long as you realize it probably isn’t going to make big sweeping changes in your life. That work was and still is up to me. Overcoming generational trauma, and childhood issues that stem from how I was raised and treated, are things I have to work on daily. Change is up to me.
