Yes, for sure, and thanks for pointing this out. I agree with you that the "vast middle of the population" is where policies that express and result in advantages for all the people, and not just the rich, can be accepted. (But a note: I'm less skeptical of a study about brain differences when it includes actually measuring what the brain is doing, which these studies did.)
