About the price: Amazon "Verified Customer Reviews"--which are the ones you want to get--don't get registered as such on Amazon unless you buy the book. If you price your ebook at $2.99 or less, readers will buy it, and then review it. Once you get enough reviews to bring your book into the top 100, or whatever, you can increase the price again.

If you do lower the price, let me know so I can change it in the pub.
