You may be right that over several generations, more MAGA hat wearers will have more children than will people who have joined the 4B movement. However, in the article, you recommended, you also went into detail about sex toys being available to men whose potential women are avoiding them because of their MAGA hats, and sex toys don't create babies. In any case, I doubt that the 4B movement in the U.S. is intended to last for generations. I'm pretty sure it is intended to last only until men in this country decide that love is better than hate, violence against women only creates more 4B women, and it's just plain dumb to vote for somebody who doesn't care about anybody who isn't a billionaire.
